
Coaching with Horses
Working with horses is one of the most direct and rapid ways to building awareness about one’s own energetic presence and research shows that physiological benefits while interacting with horses include lowered blood pressure and heart rate, increased levels of beta-endorphins (neurotransmitters that serve as pain suppressors), decreased stress levels, reduced feelings of anger, hostility, tension and anxiety, improved social functioning and increased feelings of empowerment, trust, patience and self-efficacy.
I have trained to facilitate one to one and group sessions where horses become mirrors of our personality, state of mind and emotions and can guide us into a journey of self discovery which lead to powerful openings and insights.
